I saw on Yelp that they were reading/reviewing the request when I sent it, multiple days before. Did they respond? No. I followed up with some irritation that despite being recommended, they are doing nothing. What irks me is that they say they will respond 100% of the time - which clearly isn't the case. Why would anyone want to do business with them, when they have zero desire to return any message at all? Normally I avoid these types of postings - with just complaining without seeing results - but folks need to be aware of this supposedly "service."

Being it was late in the afternoon he dropped off the gates and said he would return the next day. We noticed on one of the gates it was a foot too short also numerous areas that had damage. Easy appointment set up to look at the job. He was patient and explained what the job would entail. He put his bid in writing and there was no pressure. We had enough time to make an informed decision. He and his crew showed up within the window of agreed upon and finished 2 days earlier than the promised completion date! The crew was polite and punctual. They were careful and made sure our outdoor furniture were out of the way. The clean up at completion was very decent. Eddie made sure the our irrigation system was working properly and did a walk through with me prior to taking the final payment. They were very conscientious and completed things according to my every request. This seemed to be a different crew from last visits but it didn't matter, they were very well informed and answered all my questions. Good to know that all your crew are a reflection of how your company operates. They maintain our landscaping and irrigation system on a monthly basis, do every request, and get the job done in half the time of our previous company. Ended up with Encantada pools because we liked the pool designer we started working with and he…read morestarted working there. 2 months after the contract was signed I texted the designer and was told he no longer worked for Encantada pools and needed to talk to the owner DJ. 5 months after the contract was signed and multiple attempts to reach the owner, excavation for the pool finally started. I would leave messages with the office person Allyssa and DJ would say he never got the messages. A new project manager showed up who was professional, responded to calls or text in a timely manner and explained the process. Before the pool was finished, this project manager also left the company. When the hand rail was installed incorrectly with some of the bolts sticking out of the concrete, DJ attempted to blame us for the placement. The pluming for the water features stuck out of the pool decking at different distances from the edge of the pool. DJ also made up conversations he said we had with him in which choices were made that never happened. Overall a sloppy job with lots of headaches. I would suggest going elsewhere.
