Anita went straight to work, negotiating with the listing agent/sellers. To put this all in perspective, we identified the home we wanted to buy on Friday afternoon. By Friday evening, Anita had coordinated with the seller to accept our offer exclusively (they had 3 other offers on the table), and Anita submitted the offer on our behalf the same evening. Less than 24 hours, we received an email acceptance of our offer and by Monday morning, we opened escrow with the contract signed by the sellers.
