At first, they claimed they couldn't start until they received more information once they got it, they added another four weeks to the schedule. After I submitted payment, communication became sparse and inconsistent. Joe repeatedly promised updates and completion dates that never materialized. This ongoing lack of communication and follow-through has cost me hundreds of dollars per day in delays, and continues as I have yet to receive the finished permit-ready drawings. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company they do not deliver on their commitments or communicate in a timely manner. If you don't have money to waste stay away.

Just an outrageous bill calculated by his high hourly rate times hours worked and I am questioning his billing practices. I believe that I was over-charged for work I did not ask to be performed. Dick would often ask for payment at the end of an appointment without producing any type of invoice. I asked multiple times for Dick to send me invoices for his billing but most I never received. When I confronted Dick about his accounting and billing practices, he would not discuss it with me and stormed out of my house! Not sure if it's just me...but estimates should come free and with ideas for build outs?? Bummed, but sad to say this is true. Not a way to build a business.
