Alfred didn't miss a thing: the crust was perfect, the sauce was spot-on, the toppings were generous, and there was so much cheese. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered a $16 hot dog that came with a surprise--a metal pellet embedded in it. I ended up chipping part of my tooth. When I raised the issue, the manager came out with the person who prepares the food. Their exact words: "We were looking for that piece." They offered me a few complimentary drinks and replaced the hot dog. But when I closed my tab, they charged me for every single drink, including the ones they had offered to make amends. So in the end, the only thing they did was replace the original hot dog--after it chipped my tooth. Disappointed is an understatement. A gesture of goodwill turned into a confusing bill. I hope they take food safety and customer care more seriously moving forward.
