When you need to talk to someone at this Marmora office you have to go through a call center which screens the reason for you calling and then a Nurse or another office representative calls you back after they discussed why you called with Dr. I found this unacceptable and less productive. They do not allow you to switch to another Dr in practice since I was told that it's not their policy to do so unless you wait a few months until there is an opening. For these reasons I do not recommend this practice for senior citizens as they treat you like a number instead of a patient with appropriate needs

I went to Dr. Kern for a routine dermatology exam. I had what I believed to be scar tissue on my…read moreabdomen. Dr. Kern felt this did not look routine to him. Although I had various checkups over the years and this was not identified as a concern. He biopsied it, and it is a rare sarcoma that has since been removed and thankfully caught before it spread. Which he called before the biopsy came in. This man is so smart he had never seen this type of tumor only saw it presented in conference. It is literally one in a million. He also identified a spot on my arm that I had not noticed but I know was not there very long. This was melanoma. Also caught early removed with clear margins. Dr. Kern's expertise, thoroughness and skill has essentially saved my life. He is kind, and a true patient advocate. He and Maryann supported and comforted me and my family during the stressful time of waiting for results. He referred me to a specialist to remove the sarcoma and has checked up on me several for a progress report. My husband indicates that he is a super hero. I cannot say enough about this doctor. Having been in healthcare for over 30 years I have crossed paths with many great physicians. A bonus is he has excellent surgical skill as my melanoma scar is barely noticeable. If you want a great dermatologist go see Dr. Frank Kern.

Dr. Sood is very kind and informative when he deals with -you- as a patient. When you receive your laser hair removal treatments he makes sure to check in on how you're doing and feeling, about everything regarding your treatment. The same can be said for Camille, as well. Camille has been helpful with skincare and I've enjoyed my last two facials that I've had done with her. She has taught me a lot about products, and what I should and should not use. She overall has helped me simplify my skincare. (The microdermabrasion one I got today was really nice!) The office is clean, modern, and professional. You won't feel like a number at a Doctor's office like this because the staff is small, friendly, and personal. I can't recommend Dr. Sood and his team enough!

This is a combined review for several services. Once or twice you may let something slip by,…read morebut.... 2 times now the radiologist compared my a new scan to the wrong previous scan so of course the comparative results came back inaccurate. Additionally, on a more recent visit for an MRI with and without contrast. The radiologist missed my port when injecting the contrast and it went under my skin instead of in my vein. Always have a nurse access your port. Doctors don't do it often enough. My saga doesn't end there. I had to get an additional, successful MRI at a different facility and pay them my copay. Advance shore had the nerve to bill me for the botched procedure. This is now 9 months they're pestering me with unpaid invoices. I am actively working with my insurance company to reverse their payment as well. When all is said and done, I will bring legal support in to fight paying this charge and let everyone I know in the process.
