Today was such a horrible experience with Adam who is the "owner"! Completely disrespected me and threatened to take off my tire because I was trying to "negotiate". I was told 100 totals and then Adam said 135 when I never even knew about any charges since my tire had guarantee. He spoke down at me and was just completely rude. found them on facebook marketplace (fbmp), listing a full set of Falken Wildpeak AT4's in 265-70-17's mounted and balanced for $750. seemed kinda sketchy since most other shops were charging $200 per tire only. went in next morning, and after showing the guys their fbmp ad/listing, they went to work. an hour later and $750 lighter, tires were mounted, and wheels were balanced. a bit far for me, but worth the time and drive out. if you can find their ad on fbmp, it's legit! read more

A year later I went out after noticing major humming on tires and cupping eating of tires only to find out from the tire center that the wheels where never balance and never had weights installed. 1 wheel was more the 16 oz off. My wheels were ruined. It was too late to claim a refund but a straight warning here at this place a buyers beware. I drive a 20-year-old Acura TSX. I had noticed that my front driver tire was constantly losing air. I bought them in September and had the tire inspected, no problem with the tire. I called Rolling Tires and Wheels in Harbor City and explained my problem. I spoke with George on the phone and he told me to bring my car in. I went right away. He was kind enough to drive my car into the repair area and started working on my car right away. I have chrome wheels and they corrosion on them. Thank goodness, it only on the one wheel. I was there maybe 20 minutes or a little more . He then drove my car to the curb, so I didn't have to back out. Little gestures like that mean a lot to me. It was supposed to be a 20 minute wait which somehow became a 2 hour wait I asked for a used tire for my challenger they said they had it and 2 hours later they didn't have any used ones and they tried to sell me a new one for $300+ and it was a really cheap brand and I said no I'll just go to another tire shop and the owner tried to be funny saying that I shouldn't be driving a car that's for rich people if I didn't have 300 for a tire and even refuse to give me so air in my tire to go to the next shop saying it wouldn't hold it but I went to the arco and got air that lasted about 5 minutes overall worst service should be a 0 star! read more

To update, I got a reply with the BBB from the company trying to paint me out to be a bad person. Adam, the business owner, tried to offer me $100 credit to be used at their establishment, however I declined. As I have stated before they broke that trust with me so I will not allow them to touch my car again. In his response, he denied any wrongdoing on their part. He also never spoke on his unprofessional behavior. I find it very disappointing that they would want to credit me $100 to get services with them but not refund me the $150 for the subpar service I received. I hope that this review helps someone else.
