As I have on other occasions over many years, I made it to La Crosse confident 2 Brothers would get me home. We called and the tire was in stock! Yay! I stopped in 2 Brothers on a rainy Thursday morning. They had my tire in stock and juggled the service schedule to accommodate my need. I was in and out the door in a couple hours and they didn't gouge me for their consideration. I've forgotten the names of the service rep and sales manager I dealt with but they were all about customer service not only with everyone I watched them work with. The owner, Ben George even chatted with me! I know from years of experience, and even on this trip, getting good service to ensure trip continuation is a crap shoot. It's Honda dealers like 2 Brothers that provide the support and confidence needed to make cycle touring a possible and pleasurable experience. Kudos guys!
