(We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit!
