The flight landed before time and she instantly dropped me a message saying when she would be there. Liked that they kept track of my flight. The one and half hour ride from MSY to Baton Rouge downtown was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly. However, with the amount we paid for that time block, we expected to be the only group he had for that day he seemed to have booked another ride and was not able to come pick us up for almost two hours when we asked him to come get us at 330PM!!!!! If i'm renting a bus service for 14 hours and then only have to use 8 of those hours, do you think a business would be happy to provide the correct service in the smaller window. Instead, he made a group of 30 people wait in a parking lot for over an hour and a half, nearly two hours for him. Because of this, we had to miss a dinner reservation.
