My driver was nice but had no idea where my destination was and didn't have an app to figure it out. I had to guide him. Also, the cab was 1/2 step from being sent to a junkyard; extremely dirty, torn interior, trunk was dirty, etc. plus the ride was SUPER expensive, $18 for 4.5 miles. What a ripoff!!! Don't use this service unless all other cars in Louisiana are gone and you are in mortal danger.

The driver was half an hour late. when I got into the car, she informed me that we were going to the courthouse first to drop another person in the cab off. I asked her if we could stop at the airport first since it was closer than the courthouse... of course, she said no & was very rude about it. Her driving was also horrible, and nervewracking. Another issue I'd like to note is that the cab smelled like cigarette smoke. When I returned from my trip I decided to get an Uber instead of calling City Cab again.
