ALL the products are frozen except their chubs of ground beef. They also carry some seafood. Nice lobster tails at a good market price along with Sea Scallops. It took us over two weeks to enjoy all we bought that day. EVERYTHING had great flavor and texture. The beef reminded me of when I lived on a dairy farm and we'd butcher a cow every year. MMMMMM Delicious! We will be returning and make this one of our go to meat shops.

The store has hot breakfast burritos and they have some that are vegan too. I enjoyed it they had Bernie Sanders at the entrance of the store as a cardboard cutout. It's a very small store for what it is but it does have a lot of essential items at very fair prices. Restrooms here are very clean too. They had a great grab-and-go selection as well. Sure, I guess I can stretch my legs on a gorgeous July day while eating cheese. Man. This is what I live for! This was my first Midwest cheese shop, and it was quite the experience! They had plenty of samples and a great selection of products at amazing prices. Who would have ever thought that cheese curds come in that many flavors? I bought a few items, which were all excellent in quality. You can also watch the cheesemaking process from the shop, which was quite interesting. There was nothing fancy about the shop, but it was incredibly clean and the workers were friendly. It was definitely worth the 20-25 minute or so detour through Amish country from the interstate to this gem. I regret not buying more cheese there but considering I was away from home, I tried to limit myself. If I would have known that what I purchased was so tasty (and well priced), I would have bought some more cheese to take through six states with me. Definitely recommend this shop to locals and passerbys--don't forget your cooler, road trippers!

Behind the counter, one of the employees was making trays of fresh potato chips. I ordered a half a chicken pesto panini, a bag of Buffalo (Wing flavored) Chips and a Diet coke. The total was $4.95. The Sandwich was just awesome. The bread was light and crispy, they put a fair amount of cheese in the sandwich, so it get's nice and melty and gooey. This sandwich was a friggin party. The chips could have used a little more buffalo flavor, but even so they are fresh, crunchy kettle chips and only a $1.19 for a bag larger than most package chips. Very nice surprise, especially for a grocery store deli.
