Let me give a few examples: I was a beneficiary of a rather simple Will, the executor of which was also demonstrably dishonest. When I first learned of my relative's death I immediately told Cobb that I wanted a complete independent accounting of the executor's use of my mother's money. This is my legal right as a beneficiary. Cobb replied that he would not "attempt to prove a negative". When I pressed him for this accounting many months later, he replied "Be careful what you wish for." In other words he tried (successfully) to delay any accounting of the trustee's spending. And when I finally received a ridiculously incomplete version of my request, it was rendered (and billed) by the same crook who stole the money! That's just a single example of the ethical lapses of Calvin Cobb III. There were also factual mistakes and false accusations in most of the emails I received from this individual. He wouldn't even address me by my surname as I requested, but used my nickname in a pathetic effort intimidate me. He's an incompetent, dishonest shyster.

It was a nice alternative (or, in our case, supplement to) some of the intensely competitive sports leagues. One on One brings all the kids on multiple teams together at the end of each game for a pep talk and celebration of basketball. After, speaking with the owner he said notify his employee to clear up the dial and I did which she was a little defensive because she was trying to figure out how I messed up and was not notified. So that is how things are starting. Next on my son's first, second and third day he was getting bullied by other kids. With the amount of kids to student ratio the instructors could not which everyone so this type of bullying and hitting was happening. I thought I was the only one, but other parents were complaining about the same thing. Addressed this with one of the employees and he said my child was just a cry baby whining all the time. I just shrugged off the comment even though it was extremely rude. I also spoke to the director and got defensive about what actions they were versus listening. Even the other parent was trying to explain the same thing with a similar outcome. If you want to pay $295 for your child to get bullied, only play basketball for 2 of the six hours and a rude and dismissive Director than this is the place for you. As for me their are too many other locations with the proper child to instructor ratio to truly teach these young kids and monitor for any issues. Absolutely, do not recommend this place. No way!
