Originally, I planned on two weeks of basketball summer camp with my son, but one of the weeks was canceled. I was not notified even though it was prepay and they had all of my information. After, speaking with the owner he said notify his employee to clear up the dial and I did which she was a little defensive because she was trying to figure out how I messed up and was not notified. So that is how things are starting. Next on my son's first, second and third day he was getting bullied by other kids. With the amount of kids to student ratio the instructors could not which everyone so this type of bullying and hitting was happening. I thought I was the only one, but other parents were complaining about the same thing. Addressed this with one of the employees and he said my child was just a cry baby whining all the time. I just shrugged off the comment even though it was extremely rude. I also spoke to the director and got defensive about what actions they were versus listening. Even the other parent was trying to explain the same thing with a similar outcome. If you want to pay $295 for your child to get bullied, only play basketball for 2 of the six hours and a rude and dismissive Director than this is the place for you. As for me their are too many other locations with the proper child to instructor ratio to truly teach these young kids and monitor for any issues. Absolutely, do not recommend this place.
