The Park is clean and has a Bar aqnd Restaurant, very friendly staff and good value home-cooked food. Caravan was clean but not spotless. It was warm and close to fishing ponds. The Park has a golf course. There was no cleaning items/wash-up liquid/cooking utensils and no information at all about the facilities/area/bins ect which was unusual compared to other Parks we have stayed in. Not sure if we would visit again but worth it for the cut-price.

This house is an absoultely fantastic place to rent for a week or so. It is large and spacious and…read moredoesnt cost too much. There are 3 bedrooms, a large lounge/diner and a good sized kitchen. It is setup pretty much as if it sis someones home, - there are games in the cupboards, pictures on the walls and it has a very cosy homely feel to it. The house is situated half way up the hill, at the top of the hill there is a footpath that goes off into the countryside, and at the bottom of the hill is Baslow itself. There are many pubs and restaurants in Baslow - despite it being a fairly small place. Definately will be returning here again. If you fancy a stay in the peak district then this is the place to go!
