We had some issues with our insurance company providing a tow and Tristan immediately jumped in and sent a reliable tow within a few hours. Once the repair was complete, they arranged to drop off my SUV for us - we weren't going to be able to pick it up for a couple of days and they were low on space, but still, it was a huge life saver and so awesome of them. And then, these angels fixed up a bad scratch on the rear of my SUV that wasn't even related to the original accident. They just saw a bad scratch and fixed that while they were doing the paint work on the front bumper. Absolute angels - I had been stressing about getting it fixed and had gotten a quote from Caliber to fix the scratch (Caliber quoted me hundreds of dollars). PS, the Telshor Caliber is the worst - I had worked with them before and refused to go back. So, anyway, when I saw they just painted over the scratch without even a second thought, I couldn't handle it. They saved me hundreds and dollars and time having to deal with it. Last, they gave my SUV a super professional deep clean before dropping it off. I know it's not uncommon for body shops to give the car a wash before handing it back, but this was above and beyond the standard wash. My SUV looked brand new, inside and out, when they were done. Everything was managed through the app, from selecting the vehicle to handling the financing--there was no price negotiation at all. Which made it seem too easy to be true. When we arrived at the showroom, we were greeted and asked to wait to verify if our vehicle was ready. After a short time, we were linked to our vehicle from the inside of the showroom. The entire process was seamless, just like the vehicle itself. The staff did an excellent job at handling guests entering while they were currently with other clients. The showroom itself was very sleek, minimalist and clean. There was a waiting/sitting area that had the restroom, refreshments and snacks. It was used and had a little under 25,000 miles on it. It now has a little over 40,000 miles and a few months ago I noticed the seat was beginning to separate at the seams. The separation continued until I finally decided to do something about it. The first thing I noticed while walking up to his front door was an immaculately restored Bel Air Chevrolet. I guessed '57, but he told me it was a '54. It was perfect and I immediately realized that Mr. G had to be a perfectionist (future review instantly goes to 5 stars). I found Mr. G to be friendly and professional. I asked Mr. G if he could fix my seat. He looked at it for a minute and stated he could try. He quoted me a price, and gave me his business card. I wrote down my contact information, and he said he would call me. The next morning at 8:35am he called me stating my seat was done, and I could come by and pick it up anytime. I was very pleased with the results of his work. He double stitched the problem areas and restored it to its whole condition. I probably saved $250-$300 by bringing my seat here, rather than buying a new seat, and additionally it's still original. If it (and me) lasts another 40,000 miles I'll be very happy.
