A few weeks ago our dryer went out, so I went back to Courtesy and had found that none of the above still applies. I was attempting to use the upright steam press, which didnt seem to work. An employee walked by and said "It doesnt work and he isnt going to fix it" and kept walking. Later I used a large dryer which barely warmed. They refunded my change and said they would put a sign on it. When I came back a few days later to do a load, the same machine seemed to have caught fire. The front of the machine was badly burned. Apparently the sign didnt get put out until after the fire.
