I bought the #30 lb for $255 and it will last awhile, can't Wait to try the roast. I am actually getting ready to go back to try some more jerky and either a steak or tri-tip for dinner. Once you've had the high quality meat there, you will never want to buy meat from the grocery store again. I also ordered a ribeye and some pork belly. What I liked about the pork belly was that it had a decent proportion of meat Vs fat and after I defrosted it, it was fresh good quality. I would not normally purchase store bought "top sirloin" without a significant amount of marinating, then cook.
