BUT, after he turned us over to the sales manager and finance it was a slimy deal from there. I personally don't like the approach of "how much do you want your payment to be" because they aren't telling you what they are charging you for the vehicle. I asked that question and got the run around about the payment, then I was told what the national average for this car is and then they started deducting their "discounts" from that number. Tell me what you're charging me for the car first and foremost, then we can worry about payments. Then speaking of payments, we were LIED to by the finance person Riley Surber. We had asked that our application be sent to our local credit union and he said he did send it and "they were higher than Bank of America". I called my CU this morning and they never received any applications from me. So what really happened is he lied to us to get the higher fees from BofA for writing the loan with them. My advice is DO NOT TRUST the finance group at Rob Green Hyundai and have you're own financing in hand when you walk in the door. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership and of course it's all over them making a few extra bucks off the customer and then smiling about it as they LIE right to your face.

So we drove on by and parked behind the Cafe Rio and Dairy Queen. I think we must be big chickens who need more room for maneuvering. (Especially since we now have white scrapes on one part of the 5th wheel, which is black. The worst part is we don't remember the Rv touching anything. We may have been keyed.) So this review is only on the store. The staff did a good job, especially when I asked about the different creamers they had available for coffee. I wanted a warm coffee since it is 37° outside. However, I have to be dairy free. Unfortunately, they were not able to meet my needs with a quality non- dairy creamer that I could tolerate. But they tried. They get a star for that! They did allow us to fill up our personal cups with ice, as my husband also purchased a bottle of tea he likes. It doesn't matter how cold it is outside he wants cold drinks! The more ice, the better! We really appreciated their kindness. The store seems to be well supplied with all the snacks that you could want. We don't purchase hot food from stores, so I can't just do how tasty they're warm food might be. Some of those smell good though. I give the women working there five stars, and a raise if I were in charge. However, the single woman working there was tasked with making sandwiches for both people in the lobby of the store and in the drive-thru, so she had an impossible task. She needed to make 12 sandwiches at the same time. She took it in stride but it meant people standing in front of her had to consistently wait for their sandwiches to be made every time another car pulled up through the drive thru, since they were prioritized. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich, and had it been busy I'm sure I could have waited longer. The car wash is also a mess. Rather, I don't know what the car wash is like because I couldn't use it. They have both a touchless and brush (touching?) car wash. However, for both, the payment machines can't take cash, or credit cards. I guess to pay for them you can go back inside the gas station and buy them, but once you have waited in line for five minutes, getting out of line, going into the store, and getting back in line, and then getting a wash is incredibly inconvenient. They really need to get that fixed. Overall, this "oasis" is more like a mirage than an actual bastion of excellence. It seems like it will be great but the implementation is really lacking.
