I give the women working there five stars, and a raise if I were in charge. However, the single woman working there was tasked with making sandwiches for both people in the lobby of the store and in the drive-thru, so she had an impossible task. She needed to make 12 sandwiches at the same time. She took it in stride but it meant people standing in front of her had to consistently wait for their sandwiches to be made every time another car pulled up through the drive thru, since they were prioritized. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich, and had it been busy I'm sure I could have waited longer. The car wash is also a mess. Rather, I don't know what the car wash is like because I couldn't use it. They have both a touchless and brush (touching?) car wash. However, for both, the payment machines can't take cash, or credit cards. I guess to pay for them you can go back inside the gas station and buy them, but once you have waited in line for five minutes, getting out of line, going into the store, and getting back in line, and then getting a wash is incredibly inconvenient. They really need to get that fixed. Overall, this "oasis" is more like a mirage than an actual bastion of excellence. It seems like it will be great but the implementation is really lacking.

So this review is only on the store. The staff did a good job, especially when I asked about the different creamers they had available for coffee. I wanted a warm coffee since it is 37° outside. However, I have to be dairy free. Unfortunately, they were not able to meet my needs with a quality non- dairy creamer that I could tolerate. But they tried. They get a star for that! They did allow us to fill up our personal cups with ice, as my husband also purchased a bottle of tea he likes. It doesn't matter how cold it is outside he wants cold drinks! The more ice, the better! We really appreciated their kindness. The store seems to be well supplied with all the snacks that you could want. We don't purchase hot food from stores, so I can't just do how tasty they're warm food might be. Some of those smell good though.
