Instead we spent countless hours combing through photograph after photograph. When pieces came in that were not to scale or the wrong dimensions, they refused to take them back. We just had to move them into spaces that they didn't belong. Now the pillows on our beds are ripping, the feathers are coming out on a daily basis. When the bedding was put on initially, it was taken out of bags and placed on the beds. It wasn't even steamed to get the wrinkles out.
