They went…read morewith his suggestions of a 50,000 btu unit when they should have had a minimum of 75,000 btu unit or even a 100,000 btu unit. Plus no cold air vents were installed. They have spent several thousand dollars fixing the issues they were stuck with by Reese Brothers. In the end, they are still stuck with a unit that is too small and electric bills last winder that ranged from $650 and up to $850 per month. I would not recommend Reese Brothers!

They advised us it was impossible to get A/C with our existing furnace and had to replace it. WE were given no reason as to why it was just to old. We thought it was odd and asked them to send us the quote. They said no they would not as they didnt want their rates to be part of us getting bids from other vendors. We went ot Rogers Company in Cambridge, OH who provided us with the quote we wanted and also an additional quote of new Furnace and A/C. Rogers installed our new a/c and furnace for 1/2 the price Ables had told us over the phone for new Furnace & A/C. To our surprise Ables sent us a bill for 2 service visits to our house. We called Spoke with billing they did not understand why we were being billed for an estimate said they would have it taken care of and removed. 1 month later we received another invoice saying now we were past due on our invoice. They assured us a 2nd time it would be removed. This is poor business practice. Will never use and do not recommend this company.

Even called the supply house and they had the part in stock. I went to the supply house the same day picked up the circuit board for $95 and installed. Furnace had same problems. Called Ables back and asked if the tech could come back out and look at it. They wanted to charge me another $88 diagnostic fee, $400 for the circuit board work, said they couldn't use the board I bought even though it was the board that their tech had inquired about less than 8 hrs before. I called Thorne and tech came out he diagnosed that it was a loose wire in the ignitor (a completely different part of the furnace) fixed it in 10 minutes and inspected the rest of the system for me for a great rate.
