I never felt rushed, and that meant a lot. It's rare to find someone who pays such close attention to the details. I love my new haircut! It's exactly what I envisioned. Alexander didn't just cut my hair--he took the time to get to know what I wanted and made me feel heard. I truly appreciated his professionalism and care. So many times I'd go to a salon, and I'd try to explain to the stylist what I wanted, and after 45 minutes I'd walk out with the same old layered look. Alexander truly listens, takes his time.
