@pauls Barber shop…read more I'm the client whose hair you cut first thing yesterday morning--the one you rushed through and then tried to blame for the result. Let's be clear: uneven lines, no blend, and a butchered finish isn't "miscommunication," it's a lack of basic skill and attention to detail. Instead of owning it, you chose to get defensive and insult a paying customer. That says a lot more about your professionalism than my review ever could. If your business has been open 16 years and this is the standard, that's not something to brag about. I support small businesses that take accountability and fix their mistakes. You did neither. I stand by every word of my review.

I told her it just needed a bit of shaping up. I'm growing the hair and the beard out, but every now and then you need to do some touch-ups. Well I knew Zayne was working at this place now, and so I booked an appointment, online! the booking was simple, and convenient. The shop was super cool, they offered me a beer, when I arrived. They had some great music going, stuff like Misfits, Modest Mouse, and Iron Maiden, to name a few. The place looked nice, but not too posh. The other barbers were really friendly. As always Zayne took great care of me. I had wanted to book a hair cut and beard trim, but he only had a 30 minute slot open. Well he managed to get it all done, in that time. The wife was happy, and I feel a lot cooler with some of this hair off my neck. BTW the hot shave with a straight razor, was amazing. That was just on the neck, but I bet a full shave would be awesome too.

I got a cut from my barber in Charleston before I said goodbye to the city and He fucked my hair up so bad I didn't think it was salvageable. After leaving the DMV with honestly the worst drivers license picture I have ever taken I knew I had to get it fixed. Insert Josh. As I walked into the barber shop I was greeted by Josh and after clearing up some confusion as to why I was there since it appeared my hair was "cut" and exchanging some laughs about how fucked my hair was he was like I got you and went to work and in a short time I went from "I'm sorry he can't be saved" to "he's going to make a full recovery" Props to Josh for fixing my shit.
