This includes fixing a crown from another dentist with bacteria infection that was given the all clear three times from a prior dentist, which caused me to seek T.O. Dental out.

First visit was for a routine cleaning and exam where they said my husband would need to come back for some work, and they recommended a night guard. We said yes to it all, and they took impressions. It took them 3 tries to get the impression me for the night guard right. Second visit they injected my husband with the local anesthetic and THEN informed him they didn't have the right color for his filling. They offered to do some of what was needed and have him return for the second half. Upon the return, they spent at least 30 minutes prying off what they had filled at the previous visit. Tonight we returned to pick up the night guard. It's been 1 month since the impressions. They informed us that their lab broke the molds taken, and they would need to take new impressions. They said it was because of the lab's poor communication that they hadn't been informed in the last four weeks or at anytime before we showed up for the appointment. To top it off, on each of the last three visits, the wait was roughly 45 minutes to be seen despite being on time for scheduled appointments. They're getting 2 stars for having a clean facility and pleasant staff. But for a professional office, one would expect they would get things right the first time. Not need 3 impressions for a proper mold for a night guard, not 2 visits for a filling, and not 1 month to communicate that someone screwed up and another mold was needed. This is not the kind of service I'd expect when we paid over $1000 after insurance.
