CEO - Jason Lopes, will text you "i'm over it" when you're trying to rectify an issue by giving him a chance to make things right. he will lie and say "it's been handled" or "it's taken care of" only for you to find out that an active account and policy has been opened without your consent or authorization. he will also lie and say "your policy has been cancelled" but in the same breathe tell you "you can lower payments if you'd like" on a policy that's been supposedly cancelled. Jason opted for all policy documents to be mailed to himself, and authorized for policies to be drafted immediately after approval when he submitted apps on behalf of us without our consent KNOWING if we didn't know about policies being opened for however long that he would get the commission or sale for the policies. this was told to us by F&G which is the actual insurance company.
