Scott did a fantastic job handling a variety of repairs and improvements at my commercial property…read more He removed 4,000 square feet of tile, repaired drywall, cleaned HVAC vents, removed window tint, pressure washed the building, replaced exterior lights, waterproofed key areas, and took care of several unexpected tasks along the way. He's hardworking, adaptable, and approaches every job with a problem-solving mindset. He worked efficiently, stayed on schedule, and was easy to communicate with throughout the process. If you need someone who can take on a range of projects and get the job done right, I highly recommend Scott. I'll definitely be reaching out to him again for future work.

I reached out to Javier after reading his sole review on Yelp. After explaining the scope of my…read moreto-do list, he provided a quote that was fairly priced by the job, not by time. He was prompt, thorough, and an expert at what he does. The quote process was easy with a few text exchanges, not like some other services who require an appointment for an estimate and then the job itself. When installing our bathroom sconces, he pointed out imperfections in the drywall surrounding the electrical socket and was able to explain it to the supervisor on site (we moved into a new build). A technician was sent out right away to address the issue. Even when installing floating shelves took much longer than it should have (we had tried to do it ourselves and left large holes in the drywall), he didn't charge extra. Having recently moved into a new build, we had a list of little things to get done around the house and he was just the professional we needed. I'm a rather picky homeowner and especially in a new build, wanted work to be meticulous. Javier exceeded my expectations and I'll be recommending him to all my neighbors who may need his services.

His work ethic showed as he worked late in the day (after 5pm). I didn't have any mandatory deadline since I have another bathroom yet the work was completed in three days which was great to me for a person who worked alone on this job. I am very, very, very happy with the remodel. I highly recommend Javier to do anyone's work. His cost quote is honest and affordable. I will be hiring him next year for more work guaranteed. Thank very, very, very much for transforming my shower. Beyond excellent work manship.

Unfortunately, they had not leveled the floor with the rest of the upstairs and not even within the closet itself. Richard and Allen were able to come in on short notice and install furring strips and OSB to give me a level surface to install the flooring. They even identified and fixed an issue with a beam I hadn't noticed. They arrived on time as scheduled wearing masks. They also trimmed a door to go over the raised floor. In the process, they also tightened a loose door hinge and undercut the door jambs to make my job easier. When they were finished, they cleaned up the work areas I would recommend Richard and Allen and would use them again.

He quoted a fair price. He made good recommendations for the gutters on my house. And he worked his butt off (we have very high gutters). He cleaned up the area. Made sure to not leave any mess behind. Bagged everything he cleaned out of the gutters and took it with him. Look... trusting someone to work around your car or your house is to me, 90% of the battle. You get a guy with integrity, you do not have to question the motive behind a recommendation. Bryan is that guy. He even sent a thank you card. This is service, something often lacking today.

He came the next day and took measurements and said he would get back with me. He sent the quote for two types of repair. I took the cheaper of the two and it looks awesome. Chris was on time Thursday, quickly started work and finished late that afternoon. The garage looks great and I have had lots of compliments on how well it looks. I will be using Catoosa Handyman for future projects that I am saving to have completed. It is rare to find a handyman that is on time and very particular with his work. You will find that in Chris.
