I wouldn't come here, they looked like a good law firm. I had high hopes for them. I called for information, not to hire for my short upcoming court hearing, but possible hire after I extend my current upcoming hearing. They didn't understand that and instead said "we're not available for your "telephone hearing" but good luck." I reiterated that I could extend my hearing for another date that's convenient for them, and secretary continued to say ,"well we can't make it for your upcoming hearing so sorry". But I keep thinking, maybe the opposing lawyer i mentioned scared them away? We had high hopes and little got our hopes up. After a year of handling our case, attorney decided to drop our case because they were short staffed. My problem was that why take cases when you knew you couldn't get through? Now we are struggling with insurance (got in a car accident, not our fault) fighting on our own. It sucks. As Peter was they atty for the other party, he drove from Modesto to SF, for court. So one extra star for that. Why the genius that hired him didn't just represent himself (I did and it was FREE) or hire a Atty closer to Sf is beyond me, but that's neither here nor there.
