I'm in town on business and have been suffering from a sore neck/upper back for the past few days, which made for a miserable flight in. Long story short, a local coworker recommended Dr. Smith at Booker Chiropractic, so I called and got right in. Found the office to be clean and friendly. Dr. Smith quickly diagnosed my issue (sixth bone in my neck out of place) and made the necessary adjustments. I was in & out in under 30 minutes for $40, with the pain greatly diminished.

After 8 years of tolerating waiting with or without an appointment I have decided to move my family…read moreto someplace where the office staff doesn't call the other mom and knows how to work people in and not go to her "mom" for approval or consistent questions. Today I went in because I tweaked my back got there and waited an hour before my husband who by the way had an appointment. When my husband walked in checked in 10 minutes before his appointment I thought they would do like they have done before and just put us in once it was his appointment time. It was now 15 minutes after my husbands scheduled time and a patient who had an appointment for after my husband walked in and the front desk girl don't know her name because one she is not friendly and unapproachable sent that patient directly to the room. This is uncalled for and although all my family including my father has gone here I will no longer tolerate it. If you want a place that you get seen within a reasonable time of an appointment or even wait time I would recommend going someplace else unless your schedule is completely empty. Dr might be good in fact great/amazing but service time and front office personnel could use some help!

I stay clear of drugs and surgery as much as possible having had much success with holistic care in the past. The holistic osteopath i used for years is no longer available to me, and Dr Drew, who appeared to have a similar holistic approach, seemed a viable practitioner. It has taken time, which back injuries require, but his knowledge, skill and care have been most effective in bringing me back to normal health. He has very good advice on how to care for your self, explaining it simply and clearly. He has literally "set me straight". Many thanks, Dr Drew!

Life Essentials Chiropractic & Wellness Center 11-4-22. 5/100…read more We asked a few friends about their Chiropractor experiences and recommendations recently. It is the best way to find a good doctor. Then we started looking at reviews, and just like that...Cody got hurt! He is a young man, dear friend of our family, and one of our son's buddies at school. When I talked to his Mama about his injury and treatment, she recommended Dr. Michael to us. I am glad I asked, and trusted her. We saw Dr. Michael today for a mysterious shoulder injury that my Husband has. We knew after seeing Cody recover, that Dr. Michael was going to be very skilled. He took his time with us, talked to us, explained what may be causing the pain and mobility impairments. We never felt rushed or confused. After the initial interview and some primary adjustments, my Husband had improvement in his range of motion. I know every case will be different, but we were so happy to see such quick improvements after just the first visit. We left with clear instructions on how to care for the treated shoulder and have set up a follow up visit. We are so glad to have met Dr. Michael, and will certainly be returning for my Husband's shoulder treatments and any future needs we may have. Thank you so much to everyone at Life Essentials Chiropractic & Wellness for taking care of us. L.
