I have tried for over a year to get this company to honor their contract. There were supposed to be…read more25 concrete piers installed. NO PIERS WERE INSTALLED. It was supposed to be excavated to have 18 inches of crawlspace. Some sections weren't excavated at all, while the most crawlspace anywhere is 14 inches. Many areas are less that 9 inches! My AC drainage lines were covered with dirt, causing the water to backup in my house, ruining my carpet. Mr. Lopez came out twice to look at the AC line and promised to return to fix it. Never happened. The rotten and mildewed wood was supposed to be removed. They just nailed along side it. The jacked it up in places. leaving jacks sitting to hold up the floor. Since the drainage system was covered in clay instead of sand, the water doesn't drain away from the house. The dirt excavated was left out side the house. It was loose filled around two sides of the house, so when it rained, it became a low spot and soon I had a river under my house. When I asked him to come fix the drainage, he said he needed another $6000 to put in another sump pump. I showed him how the pump he had already put in wasn't getting any water from around the house. The outflow pipe was dry even after running the water house on that side of the house for over an hour. BBB didn't help at all. I talked to an attorney and he said he couldn't find any property owned by Lopez Foundation Repair LLC, so it would be a waste of time and money to sue him.

Stephen Jonas came out and inspected and evaluated the problem, told me what would be necessary to correct it, and provided a very reasonable quote. His crew showed up on time when they said they would, and got started on the repair. Total professionals, hard working individuals who showed concern for the property while leveling the structure. They made sure that the windows did not break, and that the doors closed properly when they raised the side of the room that needed leveling. The materials they used were top notch. Stephen even said to call him in 6 months even if there were no problems just to make sure everything was still good. No charge for that service. The room was rock solid and level throughout when they had finished.

Sam was the last guy to come out I enjoyed talking with him it was obvious he new what he was talking about did not rush through the inspection process. I chose Jonas not because they were the lowest price they were actually in the middle but because of Sam's professional approach. We came to an agreement and set a start date. That day came and the crew showed up on time and ready to work the plan was to complete the job in 5 days they finished in 4. I would not hesitate to hire Jonas again Well it has been a little over a year since I had 8 beams and 36 piers installed to level my house. Brooks Metal Buildings company took $9000 8 months back and haven't started concrete work yet. In…read moreinitial months it was postponed saying field is wet and we need to wait for dry land and suggested to wait for Summer. We are waiting Since December of 2023. Land is dry from past few months. Tried reaching them multiple times on email and left voice messages. Our barn material bought is damaging due to their negligence and will not able to provide better shelter for our animals. We are humbly requesting this company to do the needful in finishing the concrete work and the barn setup with out further delay. If they have any concerns in completing this job, atleast requesting them to return our money.Our planned project is impacted heavily due to delay in this concrete work and barn setup. We planned to perform multiple activities in this Summer and this delay ruined most of our planned activities.
