All of my questions were normal questions that a customer would want to know before hiring a cleaning company. Rocio told me that she received a lot of calls today with people asking her questions and that I was "being extra" for asking her questions! I told her I have every right as a customer to ask a business questions about service they provide before I spend my money on them, and I have never had a business decline to answer basic questions. She told me that if I called other companies and asked them the same questions they would hang up on me! Really?! I called other cleaners and they gladly answered my questions. I told her she must not want my business and that she's not the company for me. Honestly, I am still in shock that I had such an unpleasant conversation with a company that I was looking to hire to clean my home. She came out with her daughter and clean my home from top to bottom. They did windows, ceiling fans, the vents, the refrigerator, the floors, all the bathrooms, stove OMG they did everything.
