Derek was honest and very knowledgeable of the repairs needed to be done on my vehicle. My warranty Company wanted to put a bandaid on the repair or just simply total the vehicle and be done with it. I was extremely frustrated because I have only had the vehicle for 6 months and could not get rid of it! Derek advised me that he would have to turn down the job because he just did not work this way! He strongly felt his reputation as a mechanic was much more valued than to take on a job knowing I would have future problems with my vehicle. He stated he could not stand behind the suggested repairs of this Warranty Co and will not put himself out there as a crook to make a dollar. I respected his honesty and decided to have Peeps Garage fix my vehicle. Even though I am still having problems with my Warranty Co, my vehicle is repaired correctly and I no longer have to worry about breaking down. Thank You Derek

Posting on behalf of North Texas Critical Communications Group…read more SCAM ALERT: 1st indicator: Signage posted, no credit cards, no debit cards, they only want cash. 2nd indicator: During conversation with Danny, Owner, he discussed business accounting practices that are unconventional and may be illegal. We are a legally formed Texas Nonprofit Corporation that derives our funding from government grants and donations with a fleet vehicle that needed some bumper work done as well as paint. When presenting the Texas 01-339 form for Tax Exempt Certification, Danny refused stating: "if I have to pay taxes, so do you." I asked him to help me make sense of his analogy, you want us to pay taxes, with the taxpayers dollars... that doesn't make any sense. Overall this is a very sketchy place, very rude and unprofessional, very argumentative, horrible communication skills, I would give ZERO stars if able. Danny lost a sale over $15 in sales taxes that we are legally exempted from paying.

This has been a 7+ week process. The pictures speak for themselves - Multiple pieces of hail damaged trim that were paid to be replaced were not. There are still dents. The hood and tops of fenders were all they painted and it looks streaked like the paint were rolled on, yet still managed to collect bugs and dirt throughout as though it has been sprayed outside. The back edge of the hood facing the windshield didn't even get painted. There's runs in the paint on a fender. The fender emblems are even different heights and you can see where they painted over the old adhesive. The new emblems seem cheap, like Chinese eBay, and the adhesive used is thick, leaving the emblems gapped from the body and loose. Believe it or not, this looked worse the first time they attempted to return it to me. Instead of repainting it, they have been cheaping out and attempting to buff it to death to hide the lack of quality but all this has done is thin the paint and create swirls and hazing. For close to $14,000 I expect something besides amateur results and so many cut corners. I will update this review once this next correction attempt is made. This may become legal. Buyer Beware.

This is a big "Thank You" to the guys at Bells Quality AutoCare…read more I wanted to spread the word about a couple of great people that helped us out in a time of need. It is not often you meet people this nice. We were on our way to a friend's place near Bonham when a tire on our trailer blew out. Being close to an exit, we slowly made our way off US 82 looking for a safe place to change the flat. We pulled over into an extra wide shoulder area on US 69. The guys at Bells Quality AutoCare came across US 69 to check on us and had us pull over into their parking area. They quickly changed our flat for us and even aired up the trailer tires to boot! They would not accept anything for their trouble... they just said that they hoped that someone would help them out if they were in need of help. How often in today's world do you find someone that generous? So, guys thank you very much and we wish you only the best!!!
