We reluctantly had the service done. After the work was done. A tech came in letting us know our rear shocks were leaking. And that they could replace them for $475. We left and I was steaming. We drove to another reputable business to check on the rear shocks. Plus asking for just a comparable price for the service we just had done. Their cost was around 55% of the cost I had paid. Later in the day A&O sent me an email asking me to rate them. SERIOULY?
