Hi. Just letting the public know. My wife n I purchased a $3500.00 bed from these guys. Mariam the shop assistant sold us the bed saying the fabric was better quality so we paid extra. All beds are from Indonesia. She assured us any problems they would b happy to exchange or refund our money. At first they seemed lovely. Our we noticed after three weeks the fabric on the bed head was coming out of the seam. We phoned them to make them aware of the faulty product n she automatically assumed we put a knife to it. HELLO. Who puts a knife to a beautiful bed???, It took them weeks to respond. Mariam sent a email offering us a payout of $500.00 n us to fix it. Really? We decided to go to DFT. As a company there customer service is terrible. It's all about the sale n they don't back their products. They tell u what u want to hear n it will last forever. They ignore our calls n block u.
