The space is large with plenty of space for both weights and cardio. There is also a large turf pace. The equipment is state of the art and I really like the automatic rep and timer on the machines. I also enjoy the two different spots of weights and how much room there is in between the cardio and weight machines. The locker rooms are slightly smaller then other locations, but they are set up very nice. There is a sauna by 3 degrees which is fantastic. Something new is the recovery room which I was able to try. I believe there is an extra cost above the membership. I highly recommend the location!

Like literally the male personal trainer will vacuum right at your feet and under a bench you might be using. I felt as tho I might be at my mother's house and should lift my feet up?? I mean, I've been a member at a lot of gyms, and this is not protocol. Cleaning equipment that isn't being used I can understand. Vacuuming when it's busy with people on a weight room floor is simply annoying to members and should not be done. There are definitely more appropriate times to do that, I don't care how bored the staff is. My biggest problem with this gym is that they don't have the soft bouncy plates and padded rubber for people doing exercises such as hang-clean or deadlifts, etc.. People drop the bar and weights on the box and it is RIDICULOUSLY LOUD. It's loud even if you are in the locker room, let alone just feet away. It's jarring and offensive almost its so loud. Also, and I'm not trying to be mean, but besides the trainers demeanor, which isn't very friendly; They are completely fat and out of shape. I mean if you are a personal trainer trying to promote a healthy lifestyle, that should be reflective in your appearance. Who wants to go to a personal trainer who doesn't even look like they go to a gym, let alone work/train for one. It would be like someone taking their money to a financial advisor who is completely broke. This place sucks. Sorry.

I recently broke my driver shaft and brought it to Austad's to get it replaced. I figured I may as…read morewell replace my shaft with as close of a match to my old shaft as possible; so I duplicated the stiffness and weight. Within a reasonable amount of time (~3 days), the new setup was ready, so I picked it up (~$150) and brought it to the course. After a couple of rounds, I could tell something was off. My driver is my best club and it simply didn't perform or feel how it used to. With concern that I had made the wrong choice of shaft, I brought it back into Austad's and explained what was going wrong. I ended up getting help from Justin, who took me to a simulator and spent about 45 minutes with me. We tweaked different settings on the driver, gathered data, and determined the best setup to compliment the new shaft. I could tell Justin was extremely knowledgeable about fittings and he did an amazing job explaining his suspicions. Justin and I ended up finding a setting that worked and felt perfect; he even re-adjusted my grip because we changed the loft of the driver. Overall, I was blown away from the service I received, all at no extra cost. Big shoutout to Justin and Austad's; I am a very pleased customer.

I've also never played where sand traps have railroad ties on the side of them. The party ahead of us was a five some. I hit a ball over two hundred and seventy yards down the fairway, and it went over the slope the five son circled back and apparently picked up my ball. They run the sprinklers down the fairway.So when you do hit a ball, you have to wait for the sprinklers, to clear, run out, grab your ball and take it off to the side. The course superintendent much be a moron. I won't be back
