During the actual proposal, Lydia & T did a great job of capturing every moment while also making us feel like it was just the two of us. I didn't even realize they were there until after the proposal. After the fact, they had champagne flutes ready for us and more. I was in complete shock after the proposal but they helped guide us with where to take photos, how to pose, ring pictures and even got some action shots skiing. The whole proposal itself was just a whirlwind so it was amazing having them both there to guide us. We were very excited to get our photos back and it was safe to say they far exceeded our expectations! We can't stop staring at them! Please note that 104 does not mean first floor. You literally are on the bottom floor and have to climb the three flights every trip (in addition to the flight of stairs to the parking lot). Our space was sufficient for what we needed. It was pet friendly for our daughter's puppy. She had indicated that they were bringing the puppy but apparently it did not get into the notes or on the booking. Either way, the maid service did not come but once and never came again when they realized that the puppy was in her crate. The water in the kitchen never got warm for washing dishes. The beds were adequate for a condominium. I always pull back the bedding when I arrive to a location. The sheets had apparently been washed with something that had black lint in it. There was black balls of lint all over the bedding. You can imagine the concern we had until examination closer. The yellow warning tapes were on the deck due to the snow that was accumulated on deck. Going up and down steps outside the building were difficult. View from the room was good, but so much snow piled up that you had to go outside to really see the mountains. The biggest plus to the San Moritz was the shuttle service to town. It was only a phone call away. We did not have to wait more than 15-minutes. If they were going to be longer than the time needed, they would tell you to call back.

Naturally, my initial reaction was overwhelmed with how I would plan this event from so far away. We found Ciera Freson with Lucky Penny and from the first Skype/ phone call meeting I knew she would be perfect. Ciera is organized, detailed, and very responsive. I was provided with an online planner that allowed Ciera and myself to have full access to guests lists/ RSVPs, checklists, inspiration boards, vendor details, etc. This was a huge help to keep me on track and organized as well as in constant contact with Ciera. She was also with me at all in person vendor meetings, taking notes, thinking of budgets, etc. I had many questions along the way and I always heard back quickly from Ciera along the way. Not only did Ciera provide me with tools to utilize while planning, but she was able to see my vision for the wedding. My ceremony and reception was everything I wanted. She was professional, but relaxed and fun! On the day of my wedding I did not have to worry about anything as I knew it was taken care of. I was also impressed with the amount of vendor relationships she had in the area. It was obvious that Ciera is very reputable, which was a huge help since I was planning from Houston and was not always able to meet my vendors in person. I would more than recommend Ciera with Luck Penny for any event/wedding planning need. She was wonderful in making my special day everything I ever dreamed it would be!
