Robina worked on my leg for 10 weeks and was able to use many different tools to help with the pain and the lymphatic drainage. She used Deep Tissue Massages, Cupping Massage, Lymphatic Massage and healing lights. The lights healed my bruises so much faster than waiting for time to heal. After all these weeks of therapy I'm walking much better, pain is gone and back to my normal self. She is awesome! I highly recommend going to Ekte Clinic for just a nice relaxing massage or for serious injuries. Robina knows what she is doing and is always keeping up with the newest therapies to help her clients. Her clinic is very clean and she is such a joy to be around. Thank you for all your help Robina. I booked an appointment online based on a prominently displayed rate of $89.99. The fine print…read moreindicated this was a first-time guest rate. Since I had been a customer there previously, I expected to pay more, but I certainly wasn't expecting what came next. I received a text message informing me that my one-time massage would cost $180. I was then told I could receive the $89.99 rate if I signed up for a 12-month membership. I informed the business that I was not interested in a membership. They then offered a shorter 3-month membership for $109 per month. At that point, I canceled my appointment. The enormous gap between the advertised price and the price I was actually quoted created a deceptive and misleading customer experience. For a company built around wellness, relaxation, and self-care, the pricing experience felt surprisingly stressful. Customers should know what they're likely to pay before investing time in scheduling an appointment. Because I felt the pricing practices were misleading, I submitted a complaint to the FTC for review.

I booked a reiki session with Alicia in Fort Collins. Before I even got on the table, she had already downloaded a bunch of information from my guides about what needed attention. I was amazed by this, because I hadn't told her anything about myself or what I was seeking help with prior to the appointment. Everything she picked up on as she laid her hands on me during the appointment was spot on. After the appointment, she sent me an email with some handouts on energetic practices that I could use to help continue improving after the session, as well as a summation of some of the highlights what came out of the session. Immediately afterwards, I felt relaxed. It was a moving experience. It has been a week now, and it's pretty incredible the change that has already occurred in my mindset. I've been using a meditation that she did in the session, and I've gotten so much clarity. I've identified an underlying thought pattern that has been running since childhood and not serving me. It feels like this is a beginning of a major shift for me. I am so thankful that Alicia has been so generous with her time and her gift. Also, she wore a mask, face shield, and had hand sanitizer and cleaned the table. I felt like she was taking the appropriate Covid precautions.
