I am so grateful for her guidance, and I think it would be difficult to find a more gifted career/life coach! She didn't offer to write my resume and cover letter for me. Instead, she challenged me to do the deep work necessary to discover a position/workplace which fit my values, played to to my strengths, and would offer more balance and fulfillment in my life. Isn't that what we all want anyway?! Her knowledge, expertise, as well as the wealth of resources she provided, were invaluable to my successful career transition. I have never met a more skilled cognitive coach. Rather than answering all my questions, she first ensured I was asking the right questions and empowered me to answer them for myself. Whether you are an educator or a business professional, you will be in more than capable hands with Nikki and Next Horizon Consulting.

I can't even begin to tell you how Alicia is changing my life. She gives off such positive energy…read moreduring her Reiki session that I came out of there feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on all my demons! Let's face it we all have some. She helped me with my health and gave me some tips on how to "ground" my body considering I am all over the place all the time. Also she assisted in my journey with my physical health that has been suffering for a year now. Came to realize some foods did not match up with my body, and I actually favored some other food groups. What a change! I lost 5 pounds in a short amount of time and feel amazing today. Alicia is also helping me shield from negative energy which has been the culprit of my suffering for a long time. I've seen many healers psychics and bullsh*tters. Alicia is a gem. I highly recommend her.

I booked a reiki session with Alicia in Fort Collins. Before I even got on the table, she had already downloaded a bunch of information from my guides about what needed attention. I was amazed by this, because I hadn't told her anything about myself or what I was seeking help with prior to the appointment. Everything she picked up on as she laid her hands on me during the appointment was spot on. After the appointment, she sent me an email with some handouts on energetic practices that I could use to help continue improving after the session, as well as a summation of some of the highlights what came out of the session. Immediately afterwards, I felt relaxed. It was a moving experience. It has been a week now, and it's pretty incredible the change that has already occurred in my mindset. I've been using a meditation that she did in the session, and I've gotten so much clarity. I've identified an underlying thought pattern that has been running since childhood and not serving me. It feels like this is a beginning of a major shift for me. I am so thankful that Alicia has been so generous with her time and her gift. Also, she wore a mask, face shield, and had hand sanitizer and cleaned the table. I felt like she was taking the appropriate Covid precautions.
