I've been a customer here for more than 25 years and I've always had excellent service and spot on accurate advice. They are under new ownership and have recently doubled their store space by making over the adjacent building. Here's an example of my experiences here: my wife bought a new microwave oven at an auction. We brought it home, took it out of the box, plugged it in and nothing. I took the cover off and discovered a blown fuse. I took the fuse to True Value and they said it was most likely a defective fuse rather than a problem with the microwave. They had a new fuse and when I plugged it in it worked just fine. They also rent equipment and when I've rented things they have all worked fine - like new. True Value - you get an A+! When we approached her desk, she didn't introduce herself to me and didn't speak to my husband, just sat at her desk with a laptop and started typing! The only time she spoke to my husband was to ask for his ID then for him to sign for the equipment . She never even acknowledged that I was there!! I recently purchased a used JD X350 lawn tractor with added snow plow and tire chains. The tractor arrived at our home just prior to the snow storm. So I thought we were set for the incoming snow. Went out to use the JD this morning to plow snow. First thing the choke was sticking and hard to work to start the tractor. It was my understanding they checked everything to make sure of operability. Finally got choke to work and tractor started. Went to adjust new snow blade height on runners and one cotter pin was all bent up and difficult to remove. Then very first try to push snow down the drive, one of the new tire chains appears to have broken and chain fell off. So right now I'm very perturbed. We live out in the country and about an hour from their store. And now we are looking at our drive with 15 inches of snow and a tractor not prepared to open it up. I just wanted to update the review and score. Koenig contacted me first thing this morning after they opened from the storm. They sent a technician out to check things out and correct any issues. I am not only happy with Koenig in Tipp City but impressed with their response to my problem. I will continue doing business with them, and highly recommend them if you need John Deere or other yard equipment in the brands they carry. Thank you Koenig for your quick response.

Both my wife and I scheduled appointments in July of 2025 to get our batteries replaced in our Google pixels. Walked in to the location and understandably was turned away because they didnt have the batteries on hand. Unfortunately they didn't call ahead to tell us so I wasted my time driving there for my appointment but not a huge deal. After that, I was told I would be called in 4-6 weeks when they had the batteries. At 8 weeks still no call, so I called. I was told they didn't have either me or my wife on the wait list and that we would have to wait for more batteries to come in. Not sure why we weren't on the list? We had an appointment two months prior. I called again in September and was told no batteries available. Fast forward to today, May of 2026 almost a year later than the initial appointment I got an email that my appointment had been cancelled. I called in and the guy j spoke with had no record of me or my wife in his system and said "oh you can come in anytime, we've had the batteries available!" After waiting 10 months for a battery and 0 communication from this company it was pretty sad to hear the batteries are available and likely have been available for quite some time.
