While setting up, we discovered water leaking from the rear of the unit We figured something must of broke due to the terrible holes on east I435 I tried a national service who had a bunch of questions that had to be answered and then told me someone would call I hung up and called KC RV. I reached Dwayne's wife out on the road who gave me Dwayne's cell. I called and picked up right away. Mind you 20 minutes before closing time We discussed the issues and possible solutions over the next hour He told me he would come out no matter what time if needed I told him I'd let him know in the am I texted him first thing that all was good. He responded back with in minutes So, if you are in the east side of Kansas City, I highly recommend you keep KC RV in mind.
