The florist choice option doesn't specify what will be in the arrangement. They use what's fresh and available, so if you're looking for specific colors or types of flowers, go with another option. I know they're dealing with limited availability due to CV19, but they put together a good arrangement with lots of variety. I feel like ordering directly from them and not through a 3rd party will result in a better experience. Often times people are disappointed with their 1-800-flower orders because they expect the arrangement to be exactly like the photos but florists are working with perishable materials that might not always be available. You're better off speaking with the florists directly so you know what they have on hand. Their website was easy to use and convenient to schedule delivery ahead of time. You get a delivery confirmation afterward. Super happy to find a good florist and will be using them again. I wish I had a better photo but this is what my mom took.

Grohman's has given me the worst experience I've ever encountered from a florist. I will always be…read moredisgusted with this business. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother's home for Mother's Day 2020. The flowers were ordered in advance but Grohman's did not deliver them on Mother's Day as I paid for. Grohman's did attempt to call me before they were to deliver the flowers to my mom but I was working and could not answer at the time. When I called them back shortly, they told me they could not deliver them because the cut off delivery time had passed. They wouldn't deliver the flowers because my mother's phone number was not provided (my mother did not have a cell phone or phone at that time and I don't need to explain that to a florist). I filled out the the online form well in advance for them to see that the sender and recipient numbers were both listed as my own. And it was never brought to my attention that they had to call a recipient just to deliver flowers. What made me most livid is that they didn't even attempt to deliver the flowers. I've never ordered from a place that didn't attempt the delivery if its already paid for. Oftentimes, florists will leave them at the door if no one answers. I would not have had flowers delivered to my mom if she wasn't going to be home. In fact, I verified that she was going to be home. I spoke to the owner that day and told him that it was unacceptable not to attempt delivery when I ordered and paid for them to be delivered on Mother's Day. After some back and forth discussion, he told me that I would have "b******" if they had delivered the flowers and left them at the door if no one was home. I had him cancel my order altogether because they wouldn't deliver them that day at this point. And it was already too late to find another place that would deliver the same day on Mother's Day. My mother passed away a month ago to no fault of Grohman's. However, I will always be disgusted that because of Grohman's I didn't have that chance to have flowers delivered on actual Mother's Day to my mom one last time.
