I had ordered a flower delivery from another florist and it was canceled at the last minute so I was in a panic since it was for someone's last day and it was already 2:30pm. I called the florist closed to my office, which was Erika's and ordered something to have it picked up by an employee since I live out of state. I was grateful that they were able to accommodate my order but was deeply disappointed by what we received compared to what I ordered and how much I paid. I understand that they may not have all the flowers but what I ordered had at least 20 roses pictured and we got six. The shape and look was also completely different. For over $100 I expected more. We had a death in the family and Erika made sure the two floral arrangement items I purchased not only looked great, but were clearly the best ones at the funeral. I ordered the premium florist's choice arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day (we celebrate early since she usually works the day of) and she was really happy with the arrangement. The florist choice option doesn't specify what will be in the arrangement. They use what's fresh and available, so if you're looking for specific colors or types of flowers, go with another option. I know they're dealing with limited availability due to CV19, but they put together a good arrangement with lots of variety. I feel like ordering directly from them and not through a 3rd party will result in a better experience. Often times people are disappointed with their 1-800-flower orders because they expect the arrangement to be exactly like the photos but florists are working with perishable materials that might not always be available. You're better off speaking with the florists directly so you know what they have on hand. Their website was easy to use and convenient to schedule delivery ahead of time. Floral arrangement was left at the front door when florist indicated that if recipient was not home they would leave a door hanger for recipient to pick up at store. Sender requested photo of floral arrangement before delivery. This was confirmed twice with the florist but was never received. Sender expected confirmation on delivery same day floral arrangement was delivered but instead was received the following morning. 06/06/23 Upgraded the review from one star to three stars. I went into Erika's Flowers to look around and fell in love with her bouquets she had just got done making up and it made me want some flowers to cheer me up so I ordered a hand bouquet of white roses and baby breaths. Let me just say, those were the most cheerful roses I ever gotten. They lasted me over two weeks long. I learnt you trim the ends of every other day and put fresh cold water and flower food or aspirin and they help last longer, which my white roses lasted over two weeks. I plan on ordering more flower arrangements for Mother's Day and other special days. She really fills her arrangements full. They definitely cheer people. Erica, you sold me the best roses ever! Beware ordering on line with this company. I ordered from their website for a Mother's Day bouquet. What I ordered is not what my mom received. They have a disclaimer that flowers may be substituted if the ones in the picture are not available. I guess that means if they substitute every single flower except one and the shape of the bouquet looks completely different it is supposed to be okay. The only thing the same is the roses, no pussy willows, no hyacinths, no tulips. It's Mother's Day week and they have no tulips?! I find that hard to believe. Soooo disappointed. read more

I ordered an arrangement from 1800flowers that was fulfilled through this florist for my daughters birthday. I paid for the upgraded bouquet size. It was valued at $90 with delivery. What was delivered was embarrassing. It fit in my adult daughters hand and had no roses. It was something I could have bought from a cooler for $35. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was told that they make the arrangement according to the payment that they receive from 1800flowers and not what the customer actually paid for it or what they ordered, however the item would be redelivered. It was not redelivered, so I called the florist and they said that it was scheduled for redelivery on May 12th. Her birthday was the end of april... So they said they would redeliver it yesterday. No redelivery yet again. This morning I called and was told that they were now unable to deliver due to COVID-19 which is interesting because restrictions were lightened compared to her birthday. We had a friend call to see if this was true, and they told her friend on the phone that they were operating and doing contactless delivery and that they were available for any orders and needs. This whole experience was a disgrace and I will be sure never to give my business to them again and tell everyone in Saginaw about the pathetic excuse of an arrangement that was delivered along with exceptionally terrible customer service and lies. read more

On September 6th I ordered flowers for the funeral service of a dear friend's mother with delivery requested for the afternoon of September 8th. I picked the "Deluxe Orchid Sympathy(TM)" arrangement for $74.95 right off Erika's website. At about 12 noon on September 8th, I received a call from Erika's. Could I have what Erika's advertised and accepted an order for? Nope. I was told that Erika's couldn't get orchids at this time of year, but I could have a $75 arrangement of snap dragons, sunflowers, etc. Did I want to send classic cheap funeral flowers? Nope. But what now? I'm standing in Texas and the flowers need to be there by 3pm. So, if you like getting played, go ahead and order from Ericka's. read more
