I paid them for three years and now, that I want to make a claim, i can't find them! Did they go bankrupt or what?

Here is my personal experience & knowledge. I originally went here to get a Honda passport. My…read moresalesman Mo walked out and every moment was exceptional service. He was not pushy. I left with a honda pilot. Here's some info on their used car inventory: it is a fixed price no haggling. You know what you're paying. They have a 5 day or 250 mile return policy. They want to make sure you're happy. No restocking fees a plus. It turned out the Honda pilot was too large for our garage I was so bummed. But Mo was a hero and surprised me with an exceptional deal on a brand new 2026 Honda crv hybrid! I still pinch myself lol. From the price the interest rate of 4.99% and the color I wanted it was a dream come true deal. I encourage you to stop by they treat you with the utmost exceptional service. From sales to finance.

1 Star -- Do Not Trust This Service Department…read more I am currently dealing with an ongoing issue where this dealership is still refusing to release my vehicle, despite the repair being approved and paid for by my extended warranty company. They have acknowledged that payment was issued, yet continue to hold my car, citing internal delays on their end. This is not the customer's responsibility. Even more concerning, I was told they would not replace certain parts that were already approved under warranty unless I paid out of pocket. It became clear they were attempting to push me to bypass my warranty coverage so they could charge more than what the warranty company agreed to pay. That is not how this process is supposed to work. At this point, the continued refusal to release my vehicle appears to be unlawful retention of property and an unacceptable business practice. No customer should be put in a position where their vehicle is effectively withheld while being pressured to pay additional money beyond an approved warranty claim. I am actively escalating this matter. If you are considering using this service department, be extremely cautious -- especially if you have a warranty. Get everything in writing and be prepared to advocate for yourself. This has been a stressful, unnecessary experience that could have been avoided with transparency and integrity.

DAN (the salesman) taking me to lunch was just a ploy to get me to relax and get my guard down. Concerning noises were drown out by him playing loud music while we test drove several cars. He is definitely a disrespectful male who loves to see females come in to shop alone (which is what I did). His preditory and deceitful tactics worked on me and I purchased a car from them for over $7,000.00 CASH!!! MY POBLEMS STARTED RIGHT AWAY... with transmission slippage, engine knocking, and my engine being completely empty of oil after I asked them to change the filthy oil that came in the car on the day of purchase. They will ghost customers who are having bad experiences, they will lie about the quality of their cars, And they will delay and hold up DMV paperwork. For me it has been over 8 months and I still haven't received the title. Can't even get info from DMV without having to pay lots of fees that the dealership is actually responsible for. Hey, Enjoy Auto Sales... WHERE IS THE TITLE FOR MY CAR!!!!!!! You guys are despicable, lying, shady pieces of who will do anything to sell cars and save your rapidly dying car dealership! And LOL karma seems to be coming at you swiftly and rapidly. I can't think of anybody who deserves it more than you guys. Good luck Dan, Arthur, and Art. I hope you guys are better at the next careers ya all choose!!!!!!!

On top of that the Lexus they sold me didn't even last 2 months before engine ticking and Catalytic problems costing more than the car. Absolutely no type of compensation or help the employees tell me to "take it to court" how ridiculous. This is a scummy dealership that sells trashed auctions cars for an upsell it's disgusting and I don't know how their in business

Service 5 Stars + Sales interactions 0 stars = 3 Stars for experience…read more On my fourth 4Runner and fifth Toyota over the past 35 years. Even though I live out of the area, my most reliable and trusted service experience has consistently been with Roseville Toyota. That's exactly why I coordinate my maintenance around trips to the area. Kerry S. has been my service advisor many times, and I always appreciate his straightforward, practical advice - telling me exactly what makes the most sense. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I receive here. While my service experience has been truly exceptional, I would NEVER purchase a vehicle here based on my interactions and observations of the sales team. Car sales traditionally carries a stigma, but the conversations and interactions I've experienced and overheard here represent the worst of the worst. Being present for extended periods of time during service visits over the years, and with what I call a carefully tuned gift of situational awareness only confirmed this conclusion. Its big corporate numbers game here only, and not worthy of any loyalty.

From start to finish, this was a disheartening experience. Thank goodness I love my new vehicle, otherwise I'd be even more upset with myself for not walking away. I was extremely clear from the beginning about my expectations regarding pricing and repeatedly asked whether I was paying MSRP. I was assured multiple times that I was. Their worksheet even displayed MSRP pricing, yet somehow by the time everything was finalized, I ended up paying over MSRP anyway. They tout "pricing transparency," but that could not be further from the truth. I was looked straight in the eye more than once by the sales manager and blatantly lied to. Between the deceptive pricing practices, forced add-ons, and constant red flags throughout the deal, this entire experience felt dishonest and manipulative. I should have walked away and saved myself the stress, frustration, and extra money.

What should…read morehave been a routine maintenance appointment turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a dealership. These guys are slick and embody every stereotype people have about the car business for a reason. The service manager and first service advisor were especially slick and snake oil coded. Please also take a moment to look at the many negative reviews on both Yelp and Google, including the Better Business Bureau. I received four different inspections from four different technicians with completely conflicting opinions about the condition of my front tires for my 2025 like-new leased Mercedes -- ranging from "fine to drive" to "needs immediate replacement." The customer service was defensive and full of excuses instead of accountability, and even after requesting a callback from the General Manager, I never received one. At one point, the service manager even thanked me for "not yelling" at him like other customers apparently do, which honestly said a lot. Ultimately, I chose not to give this dealership any further business and chose to get my tires replaced elsewhere. Buyer beware!
