I can not give Dr. Forman enough praises as nothing seems to do him enough justice. He truly has it…read moreall!!! From the moment I met him, his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to try to help me with a prior bad breast surgery that had left me looking and feeling terrible was such a relief. His confidence and experience in breast implant revision gave me the courage to proceed with yet another implant exchange/ revision, my fourth in three years... he spent about an hour and a half with me on my 1st consult going over everything from my past failed surgeries to my expectations and his game plan. When I went in again with my husband, for a second consult, he was just as kind patient and honest about everything that we would need to do and what to expect, which gave both myself and my husband such a sense of relief. We knew we were in good hands, the hands of a highly trained skilled surgeon. Now here I am five weeks postop with great after care from his team and follow up apts. with Dr. Forman, and I couldn't be happier!!!! I can finally look in the mirror and smile now!!! Thank you so much Dr Forman!!! You will forever be my go to doctor with any upcoming cosmetic needs I may have and I will highly recommend you to everyone

Wow interesting, I see reviews for Dr. Friedman are all over the place. I just had my surgery a few…read moremonths ago, right before he retired. I had a septo-rhinoplasty, so both he and my ENT (who was also excellent) did the surgery together. I had a double deviated septum, nose was a little crooked, collapsed nasal passages, etc...the whole 9. I actually needed my nose widened and rebuilt with spreader graphs, and it was a success. My surgery was a piece of cake...I actually never really felt pain and didn't need my pain meds once home. While I got really nervous once the splint and banadages were off, after a couple of weeks when my nose settled, I LOVED the final result! I feel like this is the nose I was supposed to have, much more straight and beautiful!! IMO Dr. Friedman did a wonderful job. I was nervous as hell beforehand and right after (I mean it's a NOSE after all lol), but I love it. I was fine with his bedside manner, felt a tiny bit rushed at times but he is/was a very busy surgeon so... I felt like he was very honest with me. I had asked him about doing something to my nose that I wanted, and he looked me over and said he wouldn't recommend it because "people pay me a lot of money to have your nose." I was initially disappointed because I thought I could walk in there and presto get exactly what I wanted. His result was more subtle than what I asked for but it is beautiful and definitely a HUGE improvement from the before!!!! I was impressed with Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington, the staff was great and Karen was AWESOME (patient coordinator)... shout out to you Karen!!!! :)) All in all I had a good experience here!

I wish I could give negative stars…read more After 14 years as a patient, I am leaving not because of my doctor, but because the administrative systems put in place after the merger with AA Dermatology have made this practice unsafe to rely on. My physician remains someone I trust and respect. The operational side of this practice does not. I have been managing skin cancer for 14 years. I am not a casual, once-a-year cosmetic patient. Reliability and timely care are not optional. 1. Appointment Rescheduling Failure A front office staff member called me to reschedule an existing appointment. I confirmed the new date and time she provided. When I arrived, I checked in and sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. During that time, I could see the same staff member casually chatting at the front desk. When I finally approached to ask about the delay, I was told: "You don't have an appointment today." The very staff member who rescheduled me had failed to update the system. I had been sitting there for 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged an internal error. To make matters worse, my doctor was not even in the office on the day they moved my appointment to. No competent medical office should reschedule a patient to a date when the physician is not present. That means no one verified provider availability before rescheduling, a basic operational safeguard. 2. Prescription Renewal Failure Last Monday, I called for a routine prescription renewal. The call center took the request. A full week later, my pharmacy still had nothing. I called again, same result. I called again today, and was told the requests still had not been forwarded to my doctor. To be clear, my pharmacy also sent an electronic renewal request directly to the practice through their system, and that request went unanswered as well. A simple prescription renewal should not require multiple calls over more than a week with zero follow-through. Delays like this erode trust and for patients managing ongoing medical conditions, trust is not optional. I have been managing skin cancer for 14 years. When appointments are mishandled and medication requests are ignored despite repeated outreach, that is not a clerical inconvenience, it is a breakdown in basic medical administration. At some point, repeated administrative failures stop being isolated mistakes and start becoming a pattern. When that pattern interferes with timely access to care, patients are the ones absorbing the risk. I am walking away from a physician I deeply respect because the infrastructure around them has become unreliable. No patient managing a cancer diagnosis should have to question whether their appointment exists or whether their medication request will be handled responsibly. That is why I can no longer remain a patient here.

The botox migrated paralyzing 1/4 of my mouth…read morepartially, the lips were uneven, and the worst part is the facial filler caused several lumps and dents on my face. I looked far better before receiving treatment. I was told me an excuses about the dents which were honestly insulting to my intelligence. Such as they were there before, this happens when you get older, it's a change to the color of your skin and so on. After this I did not want to receive treatments to fix the dents and unevenness as I could not trust somebody who is very clearly being dishonest directly to my face. The point is I did not have those issues before receiving treatment, therefore the treatment caused those issues. When I said I was leaving she actually stood in my way and refused to move even when asked, preventing me from leaving the office. She shifted her body at one point which allowed me to I grab my bag and leave. I'm sure there's many things she can do well but I do not receive such treatment. I also wasn't even refunded any money, so I paid nearly 2k and ended up looking worse than I did before receiving treatment.

But, I don't trust anyone but Dr. Caren to touch my face and neck. I guess the word has gotten out how good she is because she is quite booked up. But, the practice does everything they can to try and fit me in as often times I don't know very far ahead when I am back in town. Dr. Caren is a practitioner and an artist at the same time which is really hard to find. She takes time to discuss where your concerns are while providing her expertise and talent. I highly recommend her and the practice.
