I take pride in living here, it is the cleanest, safest and most peaceful place to live in the area, in my opinion. I take great advantage of our awesome pool and the grilling area. LOVE IT! Oh! We wake up to the sunrise and enjoy coffee on our patio overlooking beautifully landscaped areas. Recently, management ordered us to remove the beautiful plants we've maintained for over five years--plants they previously complimented. Meanwhile, they continue to ignore major issues we've raised repeatedly: Smoking (both cigarettes and marijuana) constantly seeps into our apartment, despite numerous complaints. All we get are useless emails that do nothing to address the problem. Junk cars sit in parking spots for months, handicap and no parking zones are constantly violated, and even with photographic proof, management does nothing. The lawn is in terrible condition due to neglectful service, and the mulch areas are rundown. The amenities are only available during business hours, making them essentially unusable for working residents. The pool has been closed several times this summer because of a faulty pump, which management refuses to replace, despite health concerns. The apartments themselves are outdated and poorly maintained, with peeling cabinets, makeshift shower repairs, and appliances that barely work. On top of that, the **onsite management is rude and condescending**, showing no interest in resolving any of these issues. If you're considering Fountain Villas, don't be fooled by the "luxury" label--it's old, rundown, and terribly managed.

Sure am glad we didn't have a pipe bursting in the apartment above us or we'd have a permanent waterfall. Gym still closed, no workers ever present.

The garbage is overloaded, we have complained and they say its because waste management only picks on twice a week, they have one dumpster for the whole apartment complex, the garbage stinks, we have rats and rodents around it and its gross, the pool cushions are ripped up and stained, they state it is a no smoking community and no glass containers or drinking at the pool, I wouldnt want a small child at the pool, the smoke, drink, vape, and have glass every where, leave there garbage , with zero consequences, I have complained and they do nothing. Also, now people are using the parking lots to work on there cars, oil stains, gas stains, cars up on ramps, it looks awful, who wants to see that in their neighborhood. Not I. Beware when you rent here. Not all that it cracks up to be. Cant wait to move out.
