Love this library! Very clean, and modern aesthetic, and super helpful employees. After the main…read morelibrary temporarily shut down I started coming here exclusively and it's now my favorite location. Not super big but if you can't find what you're looking for, you can always request it to be sent here, or find it on one of their huge online databases. This location has a good amount of computers available for use and also uses self-checkout kiosks that are really handy and efficient. Love the service this library provides and would definitely recommend it.

Like many libraries of the state it offers a wide variety of service. One special feature it has…read moreis private rooms you can use for 30minute slots. You will need to sign up for these, and you can do it online. You can use it longer for 30min if no one signs up for your room after your time is up. That rarely happens but we've been lucky a few times. I also believe it was one of the better dvd collections on TV series. And, some of it goes back to the 80s. There are complete sets of Star Trek, including the original series from the 60s. When you enter the library, to the immediate left is the bookstore where you can buy donated books or books the library no longer need. There is a wide and vast collection here. Definitely something for everyone and anyone. Further down to the left is the cafe where you can sit in there if you order something. Wifi is available through the library as well as the cafe. That makes it a nice place to chill while surfing online. To the very back is the children's books. There are educational toys there too. Plus, educational dvds that can help your child learn in a fun way from reading and writing, math, science and sounds. The staff here is exceptionally kind and friendly. They do not have the hard nose attitude as most librarians have. And, that's why we loved coming here. The problem here is the parking. It can get very tight with many cars pulling in and out. And that's what makes it really difficult is there is only one way in and one way out. During the busy times I've seen cars get stuck bc they were trying to maneuver the limited space. With all that going on it still does not hinder us coming here. It's a good library.

Picked up my online order, for which I had been emailed a receipt, and was then offered a printed receipt in store.... Stop it. Stop the insanity. Save the paper for books, and toilet paper. I love this store and I have been there several times, but checkout is sometimes difficult. At my…read morefirst visit to the store, the clerk asked if I had a rewards membership. I told her I once had a premium account but I thought it had lapsed and I might need to renew. She asked which kind of membership I had and I told her I wasn't sure. She told me I had to know or she couldn't process it. She entered my phone number and rang up the order as a basic membership. I let it go and shopped there a few more times without being asked which type of membership I had. Last Friday, I was waiting to check out, and the woman ahead of me was asked for her phone number to enter for rewards. When I checked out, I wasn't asked so I asked the clerk if she didn't want to enter my phone number for rewards. She was generally kind of rude but did enter the numbee and didn't ask about a membership type. When I got out to my car, I logged into my account. It indicated that I had a basic membership but listed the differences between the basic and premium and allowed me to upgrade. I upgraded without incident. I think the staff should know how to access the membership type and should be able to upgrade for you if you are willing to pay the cost of a premium account. The staff on the floor seem nice and helpful but checking out could be a more pleasant experience.
