My wife, granddaughter and I spent a holiday at Chalet Campanules in Alpe dHuez just before Christmas. The chalet was very good, (sauna, hot tub) with really good chalet hosts, Diane and Stephen who went out of their way to lok after their guests. Food was tasty and well presented. All in all a great experience.
The only let down was the equipping for skis. We arrived late -no fault of Rocketski - so had to be fitted the next day. That was a bit of a nightmare resulting in the loss of a morning's ski-ing. We did receive a bottle of wine and a box of biscuits as an apology The trouble was that the poor rep trying to organise everything was overworked. He needed more help. He also needed a 4 x 4 mini bus to move people around. The equipment was fine as were the arrangements made for our granddaughter's lessons, which were very reasonably priced.
I would use Rocketski again, preferably using scheduled airlines instead of Easyjet and especially Aer Lingus whose plane was quite dirty! read more
