i canceled my membership for good after having it every winter for the first few years. I always wash my own car in spring summer and fall. I was charged on the fifth every single month this winter canceled my subscription on the fourth but since I did not screenshot it, they decided they were going to charge me again on the 12th and I'm just SOL cannot get my money back. Will not go here again on top of it. The car wash messes up my car anyway I don't know why I paid to get my car scratched and Mirrors broken license plate ripped off. The wash was a good experience, and the price was reasonable and decent value. I would've liked some free spray and rags to clean the exterior and interior as some car washes similar this format have those features. In my opinion, whatever that's worth, this is the place to go if you have all wheel drive like I do- the car is literally on a conveyor belt, not like the system that turns the wheels at the other places. So, safer for AWD. Less chance of weird junk happening to your differential, etc., I would think. The vacuum is powerful to suck my carpeted floor mats off the floor of the car. I do not have an antenna to rip off, so we're good there. I see they managed to hire Jayme away from the other place on Washington Ave, and she's been in the car wash biz for a while, so they're in good hands. read more

I am super pleased with the wash service. I have regularly used the AutoSpa across the street... RocketWash does MUCH better exterior cleaning. In fact my car looked better then the day I bought it. Car dealers should take a look and learn from RocketWash. I do wish RocketWash offered an interior cleaning like AutoSpa. My truck has a hitch on the back of it, therefore the worker told me I could not go thru the automatic carwash and to pull up and exit to the gate they pointed to. The gate opened and slammed on my hood, damaging my vehicle. The worker came out to take a report. i tried contacting the general manager Nick for a month with several messages without a reply. finally he answered me and told me it was not his responsibility and he was not going to cover the damage. He said the video tape was destroyed and asked how I was going to prove what happen. He told me to file it with my insurance.... Rocket Wash is a very reasonable car wash with convenient tools such as free vacuums and floor mat cleaners to use after the wash. This is pretty nice if you'd rather clean your interior yourself or if you have dirty carpet mats. Prices are good and you get what you pay for. I rudely had my monthly car wash sticker removed from my windshield , after I asked to have it placed properly centered below my mirror! They refunded my fee and told me to leave .this happened on spring and 31 in racine .luckily they had a nice man at the kenosha location and he reinstated my monthly wash and put the sticker where it belongs. bought the unlimited package on line and I am ready to cancel, 35.00 a month is reasonable but the car is never clean after it goes through the car wash. The last two times we got a car wash the tire shine did not work, when I complained about paying for their top of the line wash and not getting what I pay for the employee stated the tire shine was out of order and there was nothing they could do. I have used the car wash at least a dozen times. Unfortunately the car wash does not always remove all of the dirt and I always have to towel dry it. Maybe if they were not in such a hurry to get you through the wash in two minutes, the car would be cleaner and dryer? I like the location and the hours of operation. read more

I've been about a dozen times and purchased the $6 wash and wasn't overly impressed with the way my car looked afterwards, but appreciated the free vacuums and the quick and easy service. And, even though the wash wasn't the best and I needed to towel dry it afterward, And there were a couple times when I needed to go thru a 2nd time to get some of the dirt off, I figured, whaddya want for $6? However, yesterday I decided to splurge and get the $12 wash. I didn't have time to vacuum out my car afterwards as I had to pick up my daughter from work. I got out of the car when I got to her place of employment, to pull the little bag off the back wiper and was surprised to see that the back window was still dirty, the back lift gate was filthy and there were spots and streaks everywhere. After grabbing my daughter we zoomed back and asked if we could go through again. While the girls working seemed to recognize us, they said they couldn't allow us to go thru again without paying. Heck if I was going to pay $24 for a substandard wash. In the future I'll stick with royal car care who cleans and dries the vehicle inside and out and leaves it spotless, for about the same price read more

I'm a bit disappointed. I bought the monthly pass and after the 3 wash my antenna was broken off. I'm really not sure if I'll keep the pass the wash does a great job but I really don't feel like replacing antennas every 3 wash. Maybe it's wear? But when the manager looked at she didn't even offer anything. I'm in the car business and if one of my customers showed me a broken antenna after we washed their car I would just replace it. I'm sure there a lot of people that try to get something for nothing. I went through the car wash and heard a loud bump about half way to 3/4 through the car wash. I found two scratches on the hood of my vehicle that I know were not there before I checked my oil, before I went through the car wash and where the scratches are is right where I would lift the hood. I went to talk to the manager and she stated that It couldn't of happen there, when I know for sure it did, also I was a customer there about 50 times since it open so I know what a normal wash is and sounds like there, and to be so dismissive to me and not taking responsibility for what your business did is very poor service. I had the unlimited package and was using the wash about 2x per week and loved it....until something ripped off my front grille. I filed a claim that night and talked to the division leader the next day and they accused me of already having damage to my grille, which I did not. They were completely unwilling to do anything for me...to help repair/replace the grille, or even compensate with some free car washes or anything. I began using this car wash after they opened.This week after exiting my windshield was cracked. I was given run around for 3 days. Told manager wasn't available when she was. Then business shunned all responsibility and stated my windshield was defective. They claimed at one point my windshield was chipped and that led to issue. (Didn't happen). Absolutely terrible!! The car wash is very rough on your car. The blowers at the end of the car wash are way to powerful. They caused my front licenses plate along with front grill to be ripped off. This was on a brand new bumper with no previous damage. Also, they offered nothing for the damage that was caused by their car wash. They just made a BS excuse about how it was not there fault. Cleaned my car pretty good. Free vacuum barely had any suction but it was free. The price is okay and gives you a couple of options. My only problem was the car wash was so rough that it ripped my license plate off of the car a bit, but its not a huge deal because the screws are still in on the top holding it to the car. read more

I paid for the premium wash and my car wasn't dirty to begin with, but after it appeared dirtier. There was huge dirty dried water spots all along the back. I mainly went to get my mats cleaned and was very disappointed that the mat cleaner was off and wasn't told beforehand, a little sign goes a long way. I assumed if it wasn't too cold for the car wash it wouldn't be too cold for the mat cleaner. I asked the management to at least post a little sign where one pays to state if it's off and they refused. I asked if the vacuums were down, would you not post a sign for that? Seems odd that they wouldn't want to inform the consumer about services not rendered, even if they are complimentary it's something that is usually offered. read more

Not good. The wash is quite rough, yet doesn't do a good job getting the car clean. The drier is a joke. The car comes out soaking wet. The vacuums used to be good, but now have no suction. The employees don't blow the nozzles out so there's always trash or weave stuck. The nozzles fall off half the time and pinch your hand the other half. It is so poorly lit you can barely tell what the shitty vacuums missed after dark. The carpet washers are nice, but only available during summer. There are always multiple employees, but they don't seem to do anything useful. I'm pretty sure even the dumbest Ratscene has to offer can read the sign without an employee pointing to it. They also don't know what "hours of operation" means since the close randomly - like if it's snowing. Like this is Wisconsin, snow isn't a valid reason to close. Unfortunately they're the only wash club in the area so they will have no reason to improve and will keep having business until another one opens. Hopefully we'll get more options so we can avoid this place! read more
