Please do not use this Car wash, they advertise 3-treatment Tire cleaning & Shine for $22.00, this is terribly misleading, the Attendant allowed me to go through the wash a 2nd time, their system didn't even touch the tires of my vehicle. I went back about 2 days later & asked for the Owners number, the attendant told me, they could not provide information regarding ownership. They took my Information and stated the owners would contact me; I'm still waiting on a call. You can get your whole car detailed inside and out for $20.00. Bypass this car wash, they are terribly misleading & Unprofessional, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I would have given them a ZERO RATING, if I could have. read more

Stopped here on the way home from work. Really needed a good car wash, and thought I would try Rocket Wash. First thing I noticed, RW is a little bit more expensive than Tidal Wave (in my hometown). Tidal Wave is $12.50 for an above average wash, and $16 at Rocket Wash (comparable). Both have the same type of washing system and wheel shine, but I noticed the vacuum cleaners are much better maintained and have higher pressure at Tidal Wave. RW had three vacuum hoses that were broken/inoperative. I also noticed they didn't supply free micro fiber towel and cleaning solution. At Tidal Wave, everything is supplied. All in all, I think Tidal Wave beats Rocket Wash "hands down." read more

I have come here a few times because it's a convenient location, and what I've realized is their $10 basic wash has the same results as the $20 wash which supposedly comes with a ceramic seal, tire gloss, wax, UV protectant, and underbody flush, and more. I'm not convinced there's any difference. I got the $20 one last time, and when I was using their free vacuum area (which I admit is a nice service to have, but you have access to that whether you get the cheapest or most expensive option), I saw that there were multiple spots on my hood that hadn't even been touched which is disappointing. There is a self-help touch screen check out lane if you don't want to interact with anyone. Keep in mind that the exit is one-way so be prepared to whip u-turn upon exiting. read more

Great, quick wash. High powered vacuums that actually work. I just did the basic wash and it did a great job cleaning our car from a trip from California. After the wash, the vacuum helped clean 4 days and 4 kids' gunk from the carpets. Staff was helpful and courteous. I wish I had one of these where we live! read more

Cracked my windshield. The owner told me it wasn't possible for their wash to crack a windshield because they use "soft cloths". Don't use any of these car washes, they will damage your vehicle and the owner will not take any responsibility. This is a very poorly run business. read more

Overall I like my Bob membership in the wash does a pretty good job. This is my first winter time with my membership and I will say it does not do a good job of getting underneath the car or in the wheel wells. I come out and there's still a bunch of gunk there specially long bottom edge of my car door. I'm not sure if I can request a second trip through or not since the "unlimited "wash really means just one time per day, which is a little bit sleeting in my opinion. I love the mat washers and I love the vacuums and the staff is always friendly so I actually bought a membership for my husband's car as well. read more

They didn't let me wash my or my husband truck because of a tool box and 5th wheel hitch that are bolted down don't come here

First time trying Rocket Wash - I was impressed. Got a great wash, and needed almost no drying when I was done. Vacuums are quite powerful Nd did a great job. I got the Tire Shine, and couldn't really tell afterwards. Had to hit them with some ArmorAll when I got home to really shine them up. Overall good experience. I'll go back. read more

After being a member of their unlimited wash club for about 5 months I can honestly say all of their locations are CRAP. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone through their car wash only to come out the other end with dirt, bird crap, or other substance still on my car. And since it's unlimited I would try to go through again. But see...IT'S NOT REALLY UNLIMITED. The staff would tell me only once a day, and then say "but we'll make an exception". Unlimited means NO LIMITS. And even after going through a second time, often whatever I had on the car was still there. And let's not get started about how my back window was NEVER cleaned at the top. Or the THREE times the wash ripped the rear window wiper off the car. I cancelled my membership to the club and I highly recommend NEVER taking your car to them. read more

I went into rocket wash on Monday 7/12/11 to wash my car for the first time. I asked the gentleman if this would scratch my brand new car and he said that there's cars that go through here all the time. It's not an issue. After going through, I noticed scratches everywhere all over the car and notified the employee. The car wasn't even clean either. Advised me to go through it again. I did and when I came out, another customer that also got his car washed came up to me and told me about his incident where the windshield wiper got stuck and shattered his back window a few weeks ago. He was also looking at my car and saw the scratches. He said to go back in there and notify them, but they were very young and I figured I would come back when a manager was around. I came in the very next day and again, two younger gentlemans were there. They gave me the managers contact info & agreed that you should probably shouldn't take a new car through the car wash here. It's best to touch free. I wish the employee that I originally asked would've told me that. Now my car looks destroyed. My brother has the exact same car and got it months before me and there's not a scratch on it. Only difference is he never went through a car wash before. I went in to show the manager and she said the scratches (admitted there were many all over the car) weren't from their car wash and maybe the dealership scratched my car. LOL WHAT?! I bought it BRAND NEW. I examined the car before purchasing it obviously. I neverrrrrr complain about anything but this is pretty ridiculous. Now I just received an email from a 'higher up manager' and this is what she says; Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your most recent visit to Rocket Wash. I'm sorry that it sounds like a displeasing experience. I can assure you that Rocket Wash only uses soft cloth and foam materials to gently wash the surface of your vehicle and it is safe to use. Brand new vehicles as you mentioned yours is are typically very heavily coated with protective waxes and coatings to ensure that showroom shine is maintained as the vehicles paint cures fully, that usually takes approximately 18 months from the production date. Once you start to wash your vehicle with a touch style wash you can see some of those marks on the protective coating. This is non damaging to your clear coat or the paint of your vehicle. If you would be like, I would be happy set up an appointment to meet with you at one of our locations so you can view the wash process and feel the gentle materials yourself, in person. Please let me know if that would be something that you are interested in. Why on earth would I waste anymore time than I already have?? This is crazy. I am currently going through my mother's estate after she passed away suddenly. When I called to cancel her Rocket Wash membership I had a warm conversation with Shannon at the Pleasant Prairie location. She remembered my mom and gave her condolences. Thank you for that, Shannon, your kindness was appreciated. Unfortunately, I was not met with the same level of customer service by the regional manager. Due to my mom's hospitalization and the time it took me to come across her RW account she was not able to use the wash for two months; I requested a refund. When I talked to the RM, Jamie, I was told that she was not able to give a refund and only could cancel the account. I asked to speak with someone who could and she said she was the highest level person to speak to regarding the issue. Also, that everything is done online and she can't physically provide a refund. So, if a card is charged twice, they can't give you a refund? I find that hard to believe. I was considering opening an account with RW, since I will be moving to my mom's SE WI home, but after my experience I will not be giving my business to RW. My suggestion to RW, "a FAMILY company", is some sensitivity training and a process for dealing with an account being closed due to a death. And, maybe offer them a free or discounted car wash to brighten their day, especially if you can't/won't provide a refund. read more

I have been here a few times now. The first time I went, I was offered a free second wash because the line got stuck due to a driver so my car didn't fully dry. The people here are extremely nice and helpful. The wash took 2 mins and it was done. Perfect if you're in a hurry. They also have complimentary vacuums to clean out your vehicle post wash. I am writing this review during the COVID19 and as business struggle to stay open and people are isolated to their homes. I was an unlimited club member. And I paid my account before they were forced to shut down. They advertised everyone would receive days to cover the shutdown. I did receive the 14 days however I had no idea they were back open. They claim they used a company to send out a mass email to everyone but I never got the email. And I had no idea until my husband drove to Kenosha (I live in the county) and seen they were open. Then May 8 they charged me again. They have no problem taking your money but they are not good at resolving issues and they dont feel I am important enough to try to keep a customer. Think about that monthly club member is money every month or give me 14 days. Pretty easy choice for most business who want to keep that monthly customer. I cant use my membership if I am unaware your open. But I am also not going to pay you for no services. I cancelled my membership. Poor business people. Watch your accounts and billing because they take your money but dont care to work with you as a valued customer. read more

I'm afraid to go back. It did a good job washing the car, but it had pushed my rear view mirror forward, toward the front of the car. Didn't even know that the mirror was able to go forward. By the time I noticed it, I was on my way out onto the highway, with no mirror. Surprised it wasn't torn off since it was hard to pull back into the right position. Best car wash in town! We take a car, SUV, and pick up through Rocket Wash and all do very well. It is great with all the salt and snow to be able to get through in 2 minutes even with multiple cars in line. MUCH better than sitting in line at the convenience stores. Free vacuums, air for tires and especially the free mat wash are huge benefits and you can use them no matter what level of car wash you get. read more

I really wanted to like this place! The problem I had was about 4-5 times (I am guessing because it was probably more than that..so I'm giving a conservative number) when I would go into the morning around 730-8am it would be down. A few times for maintenance and the other times I have no idea why they were down. The woman I spoke to was 'surprised' to hear that when I told her on one of the days it was not working due to the 'maintenance' although she was the one mostly there when I could not get a wash. I ended up cancelling my membership today because I was a little irritated about not having it open in the morning when their hours say they are open at 7am. The other people working there were always nice and courteous besides that one lady saying that she never had seen it was closed in the morning (why would I make that up?). After I expressed my concern it still happened. I would drop my child off at school then try and hit the car wash before going to the gym. So I did give it 3 stars due to this issue. Also if it's 'unlimited' you should be able to go more than once and the dryers wouldn't really dry my car all the way so I always had to have one of those cloths on hand to wipe my car down.... usually by the time I made it to the gym. Ok, I'm done writing a novel...just wanted to express my concern and maybe help other people that have gone in the morning to get a wash and see it was down due to issues.
