(A flatbed tow is pretty straightforward and definitely a much less risky proposition than a two-wheel tow with dollies, which is what their rates compared to. In other words, if you can get a flatbed tow for the same price as a lift tow, definitely take the flatbed tow! Jomar was very professional, accurately set my expectations as to when I should expect arrive of the truck, and provided a proper invoice immediately after asking. TL;DR: compared to local competition for the same service that cost more from people who were kind of rude over the phone, choosing JVM was a no-brainer. I'll definitely call J again if I need roadside help!

Elier was great, he was able to get to the car faster than the owner of the car and pulled it out of a tough parking space by himself. Elier delivered the car quickly and impressed me with not only his professionalism but his ability to back the car up between two cars, heck he was better at backing up a car on a wrecker than I am at driving a car. After about three hours of waiting and several phone calls, we attempted yet again to jump start the car with my vehicle. Michael and his colleague from A1 Towing Ops happened to stop by for gas and asked if we wanted to borrow their bigger cables to get the car charged quicker. After chatting with them a bit, they agreed it was likely the alternator and a tow was needed. Since the other company never showed, they agreed to tow the car to our house, about an hour away (and out of their way) at almost 9pm. When we got to our house, they brought the car all the way to the back of our long and narrow driveway. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service and going out of their way to help us out at such an inconvenient hour. We were so thankful for them even offering to help us jump the car, and beyond grateful that they agreed to tow the car all the way back to our house. They denied causing it and claimed it was already like that, but I have proof showing the condition of my car before it was brought in. They also stated that my hood was never opened by them, but after I provided camera footage showing otherwise, the response changed to saying they "so we can't open the hood?"They refused to fix the damage and even threatened to remove me from the property for trespassing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also refused to provide any video proof showing when they opened my hood.Thankfully, I had my own camera footage and was able to see a mechanic pushing something back into place, which raises even more questions. Their own before pictures don't show the damage being present before the work was done, and the difference between their photos and how my car looked afterward is clear.I know my car was not like this before I brought it in. I wouldn't waste my time making a complaint over something I knew was already there. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility and fix what happened. They also brought up unrelated information about body shops and clips, but that doesn't change the fact that before I went there, my hood opened normally without anything popping out. After getting my car back, it no longer does.At the end of the day, I just wanted honest service and for the issue to be handled properly. Unfortunately, that's not what happened.
