I still love this place 5 years later! I recently noticed the paint on my 4Runner roof rack was deteriorating (factory paint job) and so I called Steve at Rocket Powder Coating to see what it would take to get the original paint stripped and powder coat it. Knowing I still don't live in the area (I'm several hours away), I was on a tight turnaround to get the job done while I was in Tallahassee for a week. Steve made it happen, even though it was a holiday week which meant only 4 business days to complete. I dropped my rack off early Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon his crew called me saying it was ready to be picked up. Wow! Just like last time, I was highly impressed by both their customer service and their workmanship. I had them powder coat my rock sliders 5 years ago and, even with me stepping on them multiple times a day, they still look brand new. And my dad had them powder coat his wheels and he was super impressed, too! I can't say enough about this place. We purchased a 2020 Honda Black edition and after 5,000 miles we took the car to the dealer for it's first oil change and tire rotation, only to discover damage to our wheels, after we left the dealership. Of course they denied damaging the wheels. I spoke with several people and Rocket Powder Coating LLC came up. I called and spoke with Ms Betty and she was so kind and helpful. She helped me with my insurance claim and scheduling the car for repairs. We finally got the car to them and I got to see their shop. I have to say I was quite impressed. Steve is quite experienced in his trade. Steve was meticulous in explaining the procedure of powder coating. We dropped off the car on Monday and it was done that Wednesday.
